Deploy & Manage
Devices arrive enrolled in Microsoft Intune or Jamf. MDM, security policies and app management are handled by MCN throughout the contract.

Swap & Refresh
At the end of the refresh cycle MCN ships replacement devices. Faults are swapped next business day under the included warranty.

Return & Dispose
End-of-life devices are collected and processed through MCN's ADISA-certified ITAD service. Data destruction certificates issued for every device.

Refurbished & Used devices — Ghana market only. All used devices have been NIST 800-88 data-wiped, graded (A or B), and carry a 12-month MCN warranty. New devices ship to UK and Ghana.
At the end of every DaaS contract, MCN's ADISA-certified ITAD service collects and processes all returned devices. A signed Certificate of Destruction is issued within 48 hours of processing.
